Key Advice Productions has just posted Lynne's Guys (keyadvice.net/showreel or Youtube.com/keyk8) highlighting one woman's search for the families of three WWII Canadian airmen buried in a Cumbrian cemetary.
Lynne has, on her own initiative, been looking after the gravesof 19 airmen in her tiny village's Church graveyard for nearly 20 years. She tends to the graves, places flowers and keeps them tidy. She purchased poppy wreaths for each one, which she puts up for remembrance. Lynne also commissioned a stain glass window to commemorate her 'guys', which is on dispaly at the RAF Museum. Lynne is in touch with many of the families - but is still searching for three more. She has had government help over the years. This is one more attempt to connect. Let us know if you can help.
