We are delighted to offer a series of FREE Leadership Development Day opportunities if you are currently working in the arts, heritage, cultural and creative industries.
Following demand for the first series, we are now delivering up to 30 Leadership Development workshops across the UK from October 2007 and running through until March 2008
Our new series of Leadership Development Days is primarily designed to support and enhance the leadership potential of black, Asian and ethnic minority people, disabled people and people working in micro-businesses (1-5 employees) in the cultural and creative industries.
We are also introducing 10 LDDplus days. These intensive, challenging and creative one day workshops are a fantastic next step for those who have previously attended a Leadership Development Day, those in middle or senior management or leadership roles or those starting to lead change.

This website gives you more information about what we can offer you and guide you through the on-line application process.
The Leadership Development Days form a strand of the broader Cultural Leadership Programme which is targeted at emerging leaders, people mid-way in their careers and cultural entrepreneurs throughout the UK. It is part of a two-year, £12 million initiative to promote excellence in management and leadership within the cultural sector. Since June 2006, the three sector lead organisations, Arts Council England, Creative & Cultural Skills and the Museums, Libraries & Archives Council have been charged with taking this work forward through the Cultural Leadership Programme - a unique cross-sector collaboration |
